Attach object to two bones

Hi,
I'm trying to attach a skateboard to both feet. I manage to attach to one foot but I didn't find how to attach to both.
I'm using the UE4 Mannequin.

I'm not sure it works. It keeps telling me "You need to select 2 proto union objects". I'm not sure if what I'm doing is the correct thing to be honest. I've looked in the documentation and I don't get what that error message means. The scene is just the UE4 mannequin that comes with the software and a skateboard. The skateboard is just a static mesh, not rigged. I tried with a rigged skateboard too, but It's the same
